The Apex Club of Maleny, like all clubs, are now working through the new processes and opportunities that COVID19 has imposed. We would like to thank all the businesses and community groups that continue to support the Maleny Apex Business Directory and we would like to welcome all the new advertisers to the Maleny Apex Business Directory. Without this support we would not be able to assist the community in the ways that we do. Thank you for helping the Apex Club of Maleny to continue to support and help our local community.
Directory History
The Apex Maleny Business Directory was first published in 1981 and has grown into the goto reference for anybody living on the range. From its humble beginnings it has grown into a major publication of over 500 advertisements.
Alan Heading was the man behind the directory, it was his brainchild to put businesses in the 4552 area at the forefront of local peoples minds.
This has not only given local businesses a boost but created an amazing fund raiser for the Maleny community through the efforts of the Apex Club. Over the years more than 1.2 million dollars has been poured back into local projects and clubs.
So we thank Alan for his great idea and look forward to continuing his legacy in the years to come.
